The Overstock Mastercard and Overstock Credit Card let you earn 5% back in rewards at Overstock, enjoy exclusive Club O rewards, and receive special financing^ on qualifying purchases. The Overstock Mastercard can also be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted and provides an opportunity to earn additional rewards on purchases made outside of Overstock.

Good news—if you're approved, you should be instantly notified. However, if it takes longer to process your application, the bank will notify you by mail regarding the reasons for the decision. Special financing offers are available. Some promotional financing is offered on a periodic basis. Please always check when a promotional plan expires. Overstock Mastercard cardmembers will receive their physical card and Overstock Credit Card cardmembers will receive a letter with account information about their digital card within 7-10 business days via US mail.

There are no fees associated with opening an account or keeping an account open. However, you must make on-time payments to avoid fees.

The Overstock credit cards do not have an expiration date. The card is valid as long as you use it. Inactive accounts may eventually be canceled for security purposes.

Rewards:

† You will earn Reward Points on all Net Eligible Purchases. For both the Overstock Credit Card and Overstock Mastercard you will earn 5% back in Reward Points when you use your card at overstock.com. For the Overstock Mastercard, you will earn Reward Points when you use your card outside of overstock.com: 3% on net eligible purchases at department stores and apparel stores; 2% for net eligible purchases at gas stations. You will only earn 1%, not 2%, for gas purchased at superstores, supermarkets, warehouse clubs; 1% on all other net eligible purchases with your Overstock Mastercard. Merchants must submit charges under the appropriate merchant code or industry code to be eligible as Qualifying Net Eligible Purchases in the different categories. Neither Overstock nor Citibank determine whether merchants appropriately identify all transactions made on a credit card, but Overstock does reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for Reward Points. Reward Points are not earned on, and the term “Net Eligible Purchases” does not include: taxes and/or shipping, returns, refunds, credit adjustments, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, charges that violate the terms of your Card Agreement, balance transfers, convenience checks, cash advances or any other transaction treated like a cash advance, interest and fees.
